1830 MAIL BARFORD, WILTS TO ANDOVER WITH 'SALISBURY/PENNY POST' HAND STAMP (WL665). Letter from Barford, Salisbury to 'Mefsrs Coles and Earle, Solrs., Andover' dated March 18th 1830 and charged '6'. On front part strike boxed 'No.1' receiving house hand stamp of Barford, on reverse good strike 'SALISBURY/Penny Post' hand stamp in black (WL665) and fine strike 'SALISBURY' date stamp MA 18 1830.
