1840 1D BLACK PL.5 (SG2)(TA) STATE ONE OF PLATE. Very fine used 1840 1d black pl.5 (SG2) lettered TA in state one of the plate with fine to very fine margins and cancelled light strike black Maltese cross. Stamp shows vertical guideline NE square and unusual printing flaw on Queen's face where foreign matter has adhered to plate. (Ref 131982).
